Shipping and Return Information

> Shipping

Your order will ship within 24 - 48 hours from the order date. Once your order ships, we will notify you via email.

Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days after it leaves the warehouse.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Free shipping offer is only available within continental US. We have the ability to ship to addresses within the 50 United States (including DC) via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages (you should contact FedEx or USPS if your package has been lost or stolen). All shipments addressed to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS. MDF Instruments reserves the right to cancel any order and will notify you immediately if we decide to do so (using the contact info you provided).

We like to keep things simple.

> Refunds:

Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), not including the original shipping charges. Just give us a few days to process your return.

> Exchanges:

If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturer defect, it is covered under our Warranty. Please give us a call at (818)357-5647 should you, for any reason, want to exchange a product outside of our Return Policy and Warranty policy.

> Payment:

MDF Instruments accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not add any credit card surcharges.
